NEW COURSES !

We are now offering BSL 101 units for young learners and people who work in healthcare or frontline staff such as the police and fire service, retail, hotels, restaurantsand leisure centres. These can be studied on their own. Successful candidates can go on to complete units BSL102 and BSL103 to achieve the full Level 1 Award in British Sign Language.

• Unit BSL101 – Introduction to BSL (Healthcare)
• Unit BSL101 – Introduction to BSL (Young People)
• Unit BSL101 – Introduction to BSL (Frontline Staff)

The Family Deaf/Sign Club which meets at the 12 Apostles in Westleigh Lane no longer meet on Tuesdays. We now meet on Fridays from 7 until 9pm starting on November 18th.

We would like to welcome you to the grand opening family deaf/sign club.

Our club provides a relaxed social atmosphere where you can meet other BSL users both deaf and hearing . All ages welcome to attend for just a yearly membership fee of £2 which contributes towards running costs. Also we have applied for funding to be able to provide a trip to a signed performance later in the year which will be offered to all members.

Also you can take part in our raffle and win exciting prizes. Complimentary refreshments have been provided by Local Businesses.

The club will be held at

6pm-10pm every Tuesday
